There are various reasons which may include emotional disorders or your lifestyle which is affecting your sleep. To know the real causes and to get the right treatment is quite relevant to have a quality sleep.

To pinpoint the real causes of your sleep deprivation, your doctor will inquire about your lifestyle and perform a series of tests on you.
