Multan Public School and College is a boys' school in Multan, Punjab,
Pakistan.
Multan Public School is one of the biggest schools in the Province of
Punjab. It is divided into 3 administrative blocks:
Junior School: Montessori to 4th Class Pre-Cambridge & Pre-Matric
Prep School: 5th to 8th Class Pre-Cambridge & Pre-Matric
Senior School: 9th & 10th O Level F.A / F.Sc
The school has a library, swimming pool, horse riding club, hostel and a
computer lab.

The credit of establishing the school goes to the founder chairman of the
Multan Education Trust and the then commissioner of Multan Division, Mr
Farrid-ud-Din Ahmed. He founded the trust in 1984 and motivated a group of
public-spirited notables of Multan to donate and raise funds for the school.
The funds were raised by the generous donations of members of the Board of
Governors, local land lords, industrialists and officials of the local
administration. The chairman acquired the services of Col. (Retd) M. A.
Saleemi as founder principal who made the school functional in a rented
building in March 1985. |
