Let’s face it, dry skin sucks and we need dry skin moisturizers to keep our skin moist, and looking good.
I used to suffer from extremely dry skin, which eventually lead to all kinds of problems, and I didn’t know squat about dry skin moisturizers.
It seems weird now, and so logical to use a moisturizer to keep my skin in balance, but back then I didn’t even think of it. On top of it all, I was surprised at my dry skin, I cursed the gods, and all those things you normally do when these kinds of things happen to you.
I’ve spent many years trying different dry skin moisturizers and finding that one perfect lotion hasn’t been easy. The most important thing in my mind is to find a completely natural skin care product.
My skin for example is very sensitive, so I get all kinds of reactions to unnatural products, but I think it is even worse for those who have skin that doesn’t react, because you will never know if you’re putting bad things on your skin.
That’s why we have to pay attention to reading the label, and learning that there are a lot of ingredients that we do not want in our products, here are a few examples: -

Parabens

Mineral oils

Fragrances
Fragrances are always a surprise to many, because hey, why wouldn’t you want to smell good? But the thing is that when fragrances aren’t natural, they irritate your skin and mess with your body’s internal systems, and you do not want to put something like that on your whole body.
As for ingredients to look for in dry skin moisturizers, I have had good success with grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, Cynergy TK, and Phytessence Wakame.
All of these reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and at the same time moisturize, and keep your skin looking great. Look for those, and remember to make sure that the product you buy is natural.
