1. Eating healthy is one way to remove blackheads. You should avoid or cut back on foods that are loaded with sugar, saturated fats, and vegetable oils. Examples of these foods are cakes, sugary sodas, fast foods burgers and fries, chocolates, pizzas, and other junk foods.
These foods causes an imbalance in your hormones and will spike your insulin level. That's why you breakout. Another reason these foods will cause you to have blackheads is because it makes your skin oily, which will make your pores clog.

Be sure you don't try to pop or squeeze your blackheads. This will cause them to get irritated and could cause them to get infected. Also, don't touch your face or blackheads with dirty or oily hands. You will irritate your skin and cause you to breakout.
